Kimberly Bradshaw-Sickinger, President and CEO joined DTI in November 2007 as SVP of Dental Services. In December 2008, she also assumed responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Clinical Affairs. Prior to joining the company she served as Vice President, Physician Services and Fulfillment for Alphatec Spine since October 2005. Ms. Bradshaw-Sickinger has over 21 years of customer service, sales support, warehouse management, and logistics experience, primarily in the medical device industry.
Prior to joining Alphatec, she worked at CardioDynamics, Inc. (CDIC), a medical device company.
As Director of Customer Service, she managed customer service and support operations and le∑d the ERP implementation, acquisition integration, institutionalized Sarbanes-Oxley, and deployed field automation across the organization.
Ms. Bradshaw-Sickinger is a qualified management professional combining cross-functional management talent with experience strengthening global, organizational infrastructures within core disciplines of manufacturing, operations, service and sales. Ms. Bradshaw-Sickinger completed programs in business administration and travel operations from Dapto and Wollongong Technical Colleges in New South Wales, Australia. Kim extended her studies to global business management and organizational behavior and development.
